Preparation barium titanate piezoceramic using special heat treatment

Abstract

Using special heat treatment to melting barium carbonate (BaCO₃) and titanate oxide (TiO₂) to prepare piezoceramic type barium titanate (BaTiO₃). Barium titanate phase was examined by means of XRD technique after melting, milling, seaving and sample preparation. The structure was perovskite . Physical properties density, capacitance and dielectric constant were measured. From barium titanate preparation we made barium titanate igniter for RBG-7 , and real two experiments done which give good results as a Yougoslavic samples.
